Laviolette – The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Friday, March 24, 2017, of Maurice Laviolette, of North Bedeque, aged 54 years. Born in O’Leary, he is the son of Esther (Gaudet) Laviolette and the late Joseph "Joe" Laviolette. Survived by his wife Sharon (Jeffery) Laviolette; sons Joseph (Vanessa), Scott (Adele Brochu) and Michael (Nicole MacIsaac); grandsons Dawson and Dominic; granddaughter Aliah; brother Melvin (Christine MacNeill); and sisters Brenda (Donnie) Gallant, Diane (Tim) Craig and Bernadine (Jerry) Jeffery. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Wednesday, then to St. Paul’s Church, Summerside, for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m.  Interment later in Peoples Cemetery, Summerside. Visiting hours Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Memorial donations to the Laviolette Family Memorial Fund would be appreciated.
