Myers– The death occurred peacefully, at her home, surrounded by her loving family, on Monday, June 5, 2017, of Maria Florence Myers, of Summerside, aged 85 years. Born in Miminegash, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Janie (Deagle) Murphy. Survived by her children John Myers, Joann Gamble, Janet (Greg) Lord, Marie (Wade) Ellis, Michael (Paula) Myers, Joseph Myers, Mary (Michael) McIver, Peter Myers and Paul (Joanne) Myers; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters Marjorie (William) Ripley, Laura Costain, Janet (James) Riley, Gerald (Bertha) Murphy, Hazel (Alfred) Howard, Dorothy (Ronald) Butler, Barbara (Bob) Riddler, Marlene (Robert) Hogan and Mary Murphy.  Predeceased by her husband Robert Myers; sons Joshua MacKay and Ivan Myers; daughter Paula Myers; grandson Mark Gamble; son-in-law Winston Gamble;  brothers Earl and Raymond Murphy; sister Harriet Butler; and by a brother-in-law Marne Costain.  Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Thursday, then to the St. Paul’s  Church, Summerside, for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside.
