DesRoches – The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Thursday, November 9, 2017, of Cyril "Cy" DesRoches, of Miscouche, aged 88 years. Born in Miscouche, he was the son of the late Theodore and Loretta (Gallant) DesRoches. Survived by his children Allan (Margaret) DesRoches and Debra (Paul) Baiden; grandchildren Sasha DesRoches, Michelle Lindsay and Michael (Tanya) Lindsay; great-grandchildren Bailey, Nickalaus, Macayle, Tyler and Keagen; brothers and sisters Yvonne DesRoches, Reggie (Una) DesRoches, Evelyn (Dennis) Teskey, Earl (Thelma) DesRoches and Lorena (John) Beaudoin. Predeceased by his wife Una (Gallant) DesRoches. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. Interment in St. John The Baptist Church Cemetery, Miscouche. Visiting hours Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Memorial donations the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
