Parks– The death occurred, his late residence, on Tuesday, December 26, 2017, of Roy Parks, of South West Lot 16, aged 73 years. Born in Halifax, NS, he was the son of the late Arthur and Estella (Nixon) Parks. Survived by his wife Catherine "Kay" (Gamble) Parks; step-children Wendy (Steve) Kent, Michelle (Tim) Robertson, Sherman Peters and Tammy Peters (Michael Dixon); step-grandchildren Michael Kent, Christopher Kent, Nicole Robertson, Matthew Robertson, Tyler Peters and Maggie Peters; and by brothers-in-law Edward (Betty) Gamble and Leroy (Karen) Gamble. Predeceased by his sister-in-law Lorraine Meisner; and by brothers-in-laws Terry and Victor Gamble. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside. Interment at a later date in Aylesford Union Cemetery, Aylesford, NS. No visitation or funeral service by personal request.  Memorial donations to Hospice PEI or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
