Pate– The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Thursday, March 21, 2019, of Lex Pate, of Summerside, aged 68 years. Born in O’Leary, he was the son of the late Trueman and Isabelle (Gorrill) Pate. Survived by his brother John "Jack" (Nova) Pate; sister Trudy (Fabian) Flynn; nieces and nephews Sharon (Eric), Michael (Diane), Brandy (Doug), Tyler (Markio), Natasha and Nicole (Brent); great nieces and nephews Rowan, Kaelen, Aiden, Liam and Keegan; aunt Florence Turner; uncle Bert Brooks; and by his cousin Anita Harrington. Predeceased by his cousin Avril MacIsaac. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside. A private Graveside Service will be held. Interment in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Valley. Memorial donations to The College of Piping and Celtic Performing Arts or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
