Crossman – On Sunday, July 20, 2014, the death occurred peacefully at the Wedgewood Manor of Helena May Crossman in her 99th year. Helena was the daughter of the late Amy (Birch) Winchester and Lemuel Winchester and lived out her childhood at Winchester’s Cape, Belmont, Lot 16. She was predeceased by her husband Harry Crossman; daughter Ellen Frellick; sisters Dorothy (2 yrs old); Ida Rice; brother Edward Winchester; and by half-brothers Melvin, Stanley and Rev. Roosevelt Winchester. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by daughters Linda Marchbank and Pat (Rob)Watt; grandchildren Peter Frellick (Tracy Wallace), Susan (Gord) Perry, Lynn Frellick (Ron Haslam), Jillian Marchbank (Jay Carr), Jennifer (Steve) Klassen, Andrew (Autumn) Marchbank, Kathryn (Chris) Newson, Allison (Nick) Pearce and David Watt (Pixie Mathura). Nine great-grandchildren miss great-gram. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home Summerside, until Thursday, then to the Summerside Baptist Church, for funeral service at 2:00 p.m.. Interment in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Valley. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, at the Summerside Baptist Church, from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Memorial donations to the Prince County Hospital Foundation, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
