Milligan - The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Thursday, December 18, 2014, of Dianne Milligan, of Borden-Carleton, aged 68 years.  Born in Tyne Valley, she was the daughter of the late Elroy and Isabel (England) Ramsay.  She is survived by her daughter Kelly (Royce) MacDonald, Kinkora; son James (Lise), Springvale; grandchildren Mallory and Matthew MacDonald; brother William (Peggy) Ramsay, Tyne Valley; sisters-in-law Barbara (Art) Hiscock, Summerside; Margaret Ross, Summerside; brother-in-law Father Paul Batchilder, Charlottetown; and by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband James Milligan; father and mother-in-law James (Wilna) Milligan; sisters-in-law Elizabeth (Arthur) Stobbs, Susan Batchilder; and by brothers-in-law William Douglas, Donald Ross and Thomas Milligan. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Monday, then to Cape Traverse United Church, for funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the Cape Traverse United Church Cemetery.
