Waugh- The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Sunday, September 12, 2010, of Rosemary "Molly" Waugh, of Summerside, aged 91 years. Veteran of the Second World War. Molly came to Canada in 1946 as a War Bride, after serving in the Women’s Auxiliary Air Force of the Royal Air Force, as part of the Balloon Barrage. Born in Yorkshire, England, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Doris (Dawson) MacBeth. Survived by her children Robert (Lana) Waugh, Bradenton, FL; Howard Waugh, Wentworth, NS; Jane (Paul) Makinen, Truro, NS; Peter Waugh, Dartmouth, NS; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her daughter Barbara MacLean, and by the children's father Harry Waugh. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Thursday, then to Peoples Cemetery, Summerside, for a graveside committal service at 1:00 p.m. Visiting hours Wednesday from 7 - 9 p.m. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
