Mallett – The death occurred at the Western Hospital, Alberton, on Monday, September 20, 2021, of Margaret Ellen Mallett, of Travellers Rest, aged 84 years. Born in Dock Road, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Janie (Clements) Perry. Survived by her children Marlin (Brendon) Morrissey, George (Ruthie), Vincent (Nancy), Paul (Joe Ann) and Tommy (Karen); 13 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; sisters Doris Blanchard, Annie Harper, Marie Bernard and Gladys (David) Doucette; and by a brother Andy (Millie) Perry. Predeceased by her husband Charles Mallett; daughter Mary Mallett, in infancy; brothers George (Leona) Perry and Freddie (Jennie) Perry; a sister Rena Perry; brothers-in-law Raymond Blanchard, Donald Harper and Johnny Bernard; and by a sister-in-law Lois Perry. Resting at Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where private family Visiting Hours will be held.  A private family Funeral Mass will be held at St. Paul’s Church, Summerside. Interment in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside. Memorial donations to the Prince County Hospital Foundation or the IWK Health Centre Foundation would be appreciated.
