Bramer – The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Monday, November 13, 2023, of Joyce Bramer of Kensington, aged 85 years. Born in Montrose, she was the daughter of the late Priscilla Broome. Survived by her son, Brian Chappell; daughter, Laverne Chappell (Daryl Schroeder); grandchildren James Lord (Amanda), Garrett Chappell, Rachel MacKellar and Justin Hodge; two great-grandchildren; a stepdaughter, Karen Bramer; stepsons, Jeff and Scott Bramer; daughter-in-law, Susan Walsh; sisters, Nancy and Ruth; and by a brother, Lloyd. Predeceased by her husband Robert Bramer; special friend Eric Ballum; and by numerous brothers. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside. No visiting hours or funeral service by request. A graveside committal service will be held at the Lower Bedeque Cemetery on Friday at 1:00 p.m. Memorial donations made directly to the Bedeque United Church would be appreciated.
