Born in Red Islands, Richmond Co., Nova Scotia. Mother of Darren (Lisa) of Cornwall and Scott (Cheryl) of Summerside. Grandmother of Colin, Reilly, Cameron, Alexander and Lauren. Sister of Eunice, Rita, Cora, Viola of Nova Scotia, Marion, Tina, Sheila, Dianne of Ontario, and a brother Frank of Nova Scotia. She was predeceased by a son, Darryl in infancy; parents Stephen and Mary (Carey) MacNeil; her sister Sally and brother-in-law Angus. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Friday, then to St. Paul’s Church, Summerside, for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Visiting hours Thursday from 7 - 9 p.m.
